New Mexico Horse Training
Taos Equestrian Center offers several of the most experienced horse trainers in Northern New Mexico. Our trainers are available to work with horses boarded at Taos Equestrian Center and we also offer a trailer-in package that is ideal for residents of Northern New Mexico that have their horses at home and would like to take advantage of the services offered by our horse trainers. At Taos Equestrian Center, we emphasize safety, confidence, and consistency in our classical training system that is adaptable to a wide variety of disciplines.
Taos Equestrian Center also hosts several horse shows each year including schooling shows for the New Mexico Dressage Association. In addition to our horse shows, we have brought several renowned clinicians to Taos, New Mexico including Dominique Barbier (Dressage for the New Age), Linda Benedick (Yoga for Equestrians and Longeing the Rider for a Perfect Seat), and Nicole Polligeit, among others.
